Hi Jazz, I don't mean to sound discouraging but your weight loss has been the slowest I have seen. I am curious to know if your doctor did not tell you that the more protein you eat the more you lose. Also if you would have started vitamins before hand you should not have lost that hair. And sugar and diet soda is a no-no. The surgery is a tool the weight loss depends on you... Good luck!
