they are not expert 100% the bot u kill at 1:40 is named Perry that is a Fair bot difficulty setting 1 if u want hard bots set em to 4 and weed out the expert untill the elite are left

Those response times are way too slow for bots, it might be a glitch but most likely not. Next time show us the Server Creations screen and ZOOOOM in on the choosing bot rank.
