can people, especially 'wealthy' music people not have a whip around and ease this man's finacial situation, he's never had a hit song and therefore is always struggling.
yet he has produced some of the greatest music ever put out there, and is covered by the biggest and greatest names in the world of music.
FUND him and give him breathing space, too not only continue, but to feel the reward of his beautiful hardwork!!!

A lovely thought. After losing my parents last year - I can relate to this. It's so important to have meaningful music. Your uncle must be very brave so be able to have got through it. x

I saw him in Auckland, New Zealand maybe 4 years ago - with Leonard Cohen and Gillian Welch without doubt onw of the best shows I've seen! This is a great song, and he keeps them coming.

Is he good? Would I like him? I'm suspicious of acoustic singer songwriters. What I mean is, I love the great ones but don't have much time for the vast majority. I love Josh Ritter and quite like Findlay Brown and Pete Molinari of course. I heard Words We Never Use and was intrigued. Does this guy have it?

@tijnemijn Similar situation. I had this song played during my fathers funeral... I think it left everyone with a feeling of love exactly the way I had hoped. such a beautiful song.
