@Ruest420 obviously comparing two completely different sports is gonna make sense. If you really wanna compare baseball to football than I see it like this. A no hitter equals a perfect quarterback rating (i.e. you dont actually have to be perfect to accomplish both). A pitcher throwing a perfect game would be a Quarterback with a 100% completion percentage then. Which is why its so rare...its not easy because it relies on the whole team than just the pitcher.
