BTW I liked these guys actually cause later on you could scrounge tech they would give you a choice of Stimpacks, Grenades, or ammo which was a great way to get a ton of stimpacks.

indeed, they usually don't attack you, however skorch shot the guy and he turned on him if you look at 0:19 you can see his name is actually in green and turns red when the guy receives a shot to the face. ^^

He didn't. They were probably shooting a Radscorpion and he mistook them for hostiles. Not big of a deal, though, they're not part of any particular faction, it's not like a city is going to ban him.

dude, really? use the hunting rifle, the 10 mil does nothing compared to it, when you know how to use it, you could have blown him up in 3 shots in V.A.T.S in the head and then could have done the same to his friend.

I don't use the 10mm for damage.

I use it b/c it's ammo is plentiful and it's easy to restock.

I adapt my firearms based on the types of finds that I come across. Everyone has their style.

Actually to be quite honest the gameplay mechanics underneath the shell of Fallout 3 seem to be more similar to Oblivion than any other comparable game i know of.

Go to the Citadel and find elder Lyons, he will grant you permission to train for power armor as long as you have good Karma. to get the power armour or try thisAfter you get permission, you need to go in the center of the cidadel where all of the people are training and just talk to the guy walking around (the center) wearing power armor.

No, when he went into V.A.T.S the name was in green, not red. The outcasts saved me once, I was heading to Fort Constantine at a low level and I came across a Mister Gutsy, the outcasts killed it and ignored me.

Actually, the outcasts are not bad, they just decided to stick to the mission they were given, find and secure technology. Elder Lyons changed the agenda of the BoS detachment to aiding the survivors. So it seems THEY are the real outcasts of the Brotherhood as a whole.
