  • The BBC support you?! Well done, mate! That's awesome.

  • Would've been cool if the voicemail had been a previous Doc :)

  • Would've been cool if the voicemail had been a previous Doc :)

  • Where's The Episode Review?

  • In this episode the expression "when the penny drops " and "penny in the air " was used twice . I guess its common in the UK but not in the states . The US uses the "when the shoe drops , or when the other shoe drops " but the meaning is not exactly the same . The shoe dropping means the bad event happens .Penny droping means the truth came out .

  • @flyingscience Penny dropping in the UK means somthing obvious finaly being realised by someone who didn't notice

  • Good review and I like your Logo.

Can't wait for your review of the episode in questions.

  • I am sorry but this prequel just ruined my 3 months waiting to be honest.

I mean, the last time we saw Amy she was being confronted by the news River Pond is actually her aged child. BAM!!@!! Mindblow for those who hadnt expected that.

Now i dont how Lets kill Hitler is going to open, but this would have killed the whole tension of her reaction for me. She is saying these lines likes shes mentioning The Doctor not to forget the milk. like she could be laying on a sofa watching cartoons...

  • Are you mad? It's fucking awful bollocks.

And why do you disable ratings?

  • haha, glad the bbc supports your reviews man, now aspeergesstar2009 cant say that you are using copyrighted material and doing illgeal stuff if the owner have given your support, you have my support all the time mate, love your reviews

  • Matt smith is so gorgeous! I'm a little behind, so I'll have to catch up before it's on :3

  • Maybe the broadcast dates were not shown in Britain was because the Brits aren't as stupid as the Americans and already know the air date :) That was just a dig at the yanks lol

  • Maybe the Doctor looks so down is because he just had the picnic at Asgard.

  • The Almost people was good :o

  • I think that he does know where Melody is, but he also knows what has to happen before she can be returned to her parents, if she is ever returned to them.

Fixed points in time. Some things HAVE to happen.

He doesn't want to have to tell Amy though.

  • river says that the doctor finds her and cares for her

  • i feel sooo sorry 4 the Doctor, he doesnt know where Amys baby! thats my guess

  • Do we have any idea of the broadcast time just thinking if it sirs around eight there is a danger of it losing viewers to x factor.

  • @Killerkilshaw If it's anything like previous seris 6 episodes, it will be 6:20pm to 7:00pm. Around that area.

  • @MrTARDISreviews 6.10-7.00pm

  • @MrTARDISreviews I think it has now been released, it will be on at 7:10pm on the 27th :)

  • @Killerkilshaw The confirmed time and date are: Saturday 27th August on BBC One and BBC One HD at 7:10PM

  • The BBC have announced broadcast dates. Let's Kill Hitler will broadcast in the UK on August 27th =D

  • great review, though I disagree about the episodes you mentioned, I thing "the almost people / rebel flesh" were actually very good.

  • @beasoriani and of course I meant "think" not "thing".

  • the doctor knows the child is going to be used as a weapon to kill him and he knows that he might die thats why he isnt answering amys calls.

  • Thanks TARDIS for telling me about this lovely prequel. Episode to be shown 27th August then the comedy prom later with Tim Minchin... could that day's viewing be any more epic?!

  • Someone made a great point on a facebook group. What if he is contemplating the fact and knows, that saving melody is also sealing his fate if she is the "weapon" that kills him at the lake? The trailer for second half shows a quick clip of him looking at his death info on the Tardis scanner..what if he is torn about this entire situation and what to do?

  • I do agree, this prequel is a very emotional, comedic and VERY well directed. Karen truly makes us hear her emotions and when I saw the Doctor listening with a rather guilty face I felt even more emotion for Amy and Rory. And when I remembered what scene the music is from I was more moved than before. So, GREAT job AS ALWAYS and I CAN NOT wait for more :)

  • That was the prequel? Can you put what Amy said in a memo and entitle it, "Shit I Already Know!"

  • when will lets kill hitler come out?

  • Rule No.1, The Doctor Lies....

  • The look on the Doctors face is priceless. Anyone who still thinks that Matt isnt one of the best Doctors ever needs their head examined!

  • I like how your review of a 2 minute prequel is almost as long as some of your original series 5 reviews of entire episodes

  • nice review, awesome that you received that message from the BBC!

  • @zombiecheetah already have

  • Good to see you make a quick little review of this bud. I look forward to your reviews of the coming episodes as much as the episodes themselves :)

  • Great review as always, but might I suggest changing the picture for this video so it doesn't spoil the twist ending?

  • 2:30

    AWESOME

  • Good job on reviewing the prequel.

  • Damn, I need to watch this prequel at some point. Considering how good it looks, couldn't it have just been the pre-titles sequence for the actual story?

Also, I think it is bullshite how the broadcast dates are showing in America and not the UK. Also unfair.

  • Oh, and is that a silence in the background at 1:52?

It sure loo... wait, what was I talking about again?

  • I heard that in America, the second part of the series has to have a brief (A week) break at some point because of a national holiday.

I HOPE they're not delaying ours by a week in order to synchronize the finale date.

Call me selfish, but I just want to see the series already :')

  • This prequel is better than all of this series' prequels and all of the series 2 TARDISodes combined! OK, that isn't saying much but still, you know what I mean. The look on The Doctor's face as he listened to Amy's message was heartbreaking.

  • I'm gunna "like" the hell out of this video.

  • we hopefully should know by saturday

  • This prequel is the first thing that's got me excited for series 6.2 so far. Is it just me, or on Matt's bit does it sound like he's got a cold?

  • brilliant

  • I'm really annoyed about when Doctor Who is coming back I would of thought they would of shown it at the same time as ours but no Americans had to be first to know when!!!

  • omg the bbc like and support your reviews evan though you use copywrite it just shows how BLOODY BRILLIANT your videos are (sorryfor swearing) lol!

  • It's interesting what you say in your review about the Doctor's reaction. I think it's possible that after all the madness and revelations in Demon's Run (Not only is River Amy and Rory's daughter, not only has her earliest self been kidnapped by Kovarian to be used as a weapon against him but she's timelordy) the Doctor just needed time to think.

  • That was a great Prequel and a great review o A o

  • I am betting on many people using the Doctor's voicemail as their own.

  • @ZombieCheetah thanks for the idea!

  • @pinkjaguar12 No problem, I currently have Spock as mine. :)

  • Damn you Murray Gold, why do you keep stealing my heart with your fucking awesome music? :/

Now I need to watch the prequel, anyone know where I can see it?

  • @ParanoidEngineer I'll provide a link in the description =)

  • @ParanoidEngineer doctor who the official site.

  • Your first prequel review :)
