Producers could have so easily carved Twice A Man into A-Ha or Duran Duran. They chose to blend synth-pop with prog rock. This is a sound college bands picked up on in the late '90s. Nothing new under the sun. Bands like TAM and Eyeless In Gaza were doing it all back in 1981!
I totally agree with you. I still have it on Vinyl but no player unfortunatly. The song you're refering to clearly shows the direction they went on with their work after this album.
