I've never tried this because I'm not the painter type. However, I know people with no painting talent who told me it just takes practice and a little patience. You practice on the acetate overlays - copying Donna's strokes until you're confident. You paint, wipe off, and then paint again. Then, when you're feeling good about the strokes, you can start working on other surfaces. It's a relatively "easy" way for someone who's NOT an artist to play like one.

I'm sorry, but I'm not certain if if "indias" translates as "Indians" or if it's a type of pottery. Donna has paints that work on various type of surfaces, so you'll just need to check labels. And if it's Mexican Indians you're interested in painting, I don't believe she has any instructional manuals that cover painting humans. However, with some practice and experimentation, I'll bet you could figure out how to adapt her strokes to work for you.

I saw Donna on t.v. one morning and loved her paintings so much I took a class on one-stroke, read her books, and watched her DVDs. I'm getting good at it now but her paintings are still amazing. Thanks Donna!! Never Stop Painting = )
