Vastly agree with Medina on most of the issues, (GC, PrprtyTX, StRights, etc) but would rather vote for a moderate Democrat than her. Sales Tax over 10%? It's a poor tax at that level and at +14% that's must to never buy anything TX made or sold retail. I'll base price is cheaper online, probably ships free and don't have to pay exorbitant shipping. Only those living day to day are going to suffer. Malls close and workers trained as UPS drivers.

well I don't live in Texas, I live in Jersey. I'd Gladly Pay 10% sales tax over paying $6,500 in Property tax. you can always cut your spending to reduce you tax obligation but once the state imposes a property tax they got you by the Balls. lose your job, lose your house to the taxman.

Oh yea. How many times does the Government take private property because of unpaid property taxes. You struggle all your life making mortage every month and you can't retire in your own home because the Government will take it away because you can't pay the property tax. Rip off.
