it's tricky to get the perfect sound in a recording, with adjusting the levels of all the different mics - this one sounds terrible to me - but in my won't get fooled again video, i had the perfect sound, but it was too tight - it needed room mics (mics at the back of the room to capture the "whole" drum kit, not individual sounds from the kit, like the cymbals or the bass/snare drum).
This was the only take i managed to get through- there were better ones that i messed up on, but i just restarted, and i was too lazy to mix the vids together
you gotta come over some weekend and check my gear out - i'm going to new york next week tho so wont work tho :S .....soon, anyways!
Again that waz awesome, how many takes do you take like if you mess up and all? Oh and btw I did not understand what all the equiptment ment but it sounds nice. Also one last thing, what type of headphones are you using?
