For some reason my audio doesn't play anything in adobe after effects cs5. I push the play button and it goes...but no audio is to be heard. My laptop isn't on mute and the audo isn't muted on the program either.
@Xilstealth on the side look for the panel called preview. Then click the icon with the play button and 3 lines. When u hover over it it should say ram preview click it and there u go.
@TheAmsfilm I created new composition, new solid (4 mins to be safe), imported the audio file, dragged it into the composition then added the audio spectrum from the generate effects, but i still don't see the audio spectrum...also, when I made a vid awhile back with clips of BF3 and MW3, i didnt have to use the RAM button when I had an audio file imported. Why do i have to now?

@LSDjTutorials lol yeah, that's what happens when you have to overdub something and you use two different programs for different parts of the audio.
