dude for 1 do you know how much it would cost to make a suit like that... you need a full system to just maintain body heat.. you would fry in extreme heat.. you would freeze in cold... and why??? its all metal... plus the suit would be like 500 pounds because it would have to be all metal its not like they can make it fiberglass or anything.. and also how would you move so thats why we don't have uniforms like this

Alright for one kevlar is not Metal very light & a very strong material that can withstand rounds except for hollow tips 2 have you ever seen how knights move 3 they have tubeing you could use to insert in the lineing to cool down or heat up in which astronauts use & 4 they already have a fullarmored kevlar suit out that the army is currently testing which has been aired on discovery.

1. ok yea kevlar is light and everything but its really not that tough it can stop small arms fire but if your hit by an ied you will still die

2. yea they have tubeing for heating and cooling but look at the astronaughts suit.. its huge and thats the only way we would be able to do it or we would have people on the moon in a smaller uniform

3. Knights moved because their armour is cut off at all joints and it was still hard as hell.also astronaughts can barely move 2

The US army has a design for the future infantry uniform called soldier 2020 it consist of some type of thermo optic camoflauge wetsuit & a helmet. They also have been manufacturing a full cevlar suit it's tan with all kinds of plating stitched together.Another concept called "dragon skin" , so something is coming.Georg Lucas would make ton's if he sold a design based of the clones to the Army.Plus this is long overdue & would be kickass!Not to mention the fear factor it would play on an enemy!!
