my choice for deidara is sasuke(akasuki) I pic ino and sakura as a support. Ino is balance and sakura is balance. It a spammer starts spamming, then you should spam too. keep jumping and dodging his bombs. when he is in the air throwing bombs throw shurinken. use your support a lot. when your at the next part of the support. press triangle then O. ino and sakura come and throw shurinken too. Ino's is posion and sakura is just for more damage. when your game is flaming, do team SP and you got it

deidera uses long distance attacks u cant call it a spam just because he uses square button its same if lee used circle button all the time. But yeah that guy was a newb. I now started playing as deidera but its not because I like or its easy win. its because he is one of few characters that I need to play with to get platinum. Well playing with deidera and mixing close combat to long distance is POWER :P

I hate spammers because the game was supposed to be competitive but with them using the same moves over and over again it's no longer fun. And then if they lose they complain to you or they quit before the score goes up. I thought everyone would be using different combos and items to win but all I seem to fight are those who only know how to use one trick. So to me rank means nothing because a lot of people with high ranks are spammers.

Let me give you a tip.

I discoverd how to beat Deidara's it happen yesterday when i battled a Deidara with my character Uchiha Itachi.

When Deidara is throwing those birds at you.

[If u have a ps3]

Press X, and jump around to those corners and throw shurkens.

For the Xbox.

[Press B,]

Make sure you throw enough shurkens just to make the time go Plup XD.

If that does not work.

Then the Deidara gets annoyed and will rush at you, and then you have the chance to beat him, when done beating. The Tip.

This guy wasn't a "true" Deidara spammer I can tell because I've played much harder. This guy looked like he didnt even know close combat, he was spamming square button when you were even @ close range. Most Deidara spammers know how to somewhat fight they also distance themselves when they;re getting their asses kicked. I could have beaten this guy with my eyes closes playing with my feet. Theres an easier way with itachi considering while the enemy is shooting it is hard to stop so instead of trying to get close to them just stay as they want u to longrange but the trick is ur firebolt is stronger than any bird spams well maybe not the huge ones but that is why itachi is so fast... to escape from that....

@LKPAsongs I agree man, i'm always close combat chars as well. One way I found to beat spammers without spamming yourself is to constantly attack and never let up. Tilts are your best friend, and use air combos so that you trap them in the air. And lastly DO NOT let them go into awakening, stop them at all costs even if you have to dash straight on into them.

@LKPAsongs I use Hokage Naruto, Sasuke Taka, Kakashi, Kiba and Shikimaru. && The way I defeat Deidara spammers (or any other spammers really) is just to keep charging at them. Throw something like a tool are whatever and when they are knocked off balance charge and make sure you hit with your characters power combo (Like Kakashi"s Chidori Bitch slap)
