  • Q chido!!!!! :):):):):):):)!!!!!

  • I heard that disney's haunted mansion is based on a true history story.

  • cool video posted this on my haunted mansion novel blog - linda randall (the munroe series)

  • cool dave!

  • No offense intended, but I've traveled through N'Olreans a couple of times and just driving throug town (on I 10) I found it to be a creepy, creepy town. But I'd still love to visit instead of just passing thru.

  • Man!! That song's my Jam, i play it loud when am crusin with my boys in the hood...

  • spirits there for reals!

  • I'm scared... lol... it's about 3:30am too -.-

  • Are there no windows and no doors?

  • VERY cool.....thanks for posting...i'm delighted with creepy pleasuuuuuuuuure

  • The Supernatural is a part of our universe and science that we are just barely begining to understand. There is so much more to discover in this area. Thanx for putting this video on!

  • isn't the audio from an old old cartoon? it sounds really familiar!

  • 0:58 is beautiful...

  • Once when I lived in NOLA, I saw an old house on River Road. It was a three story house with a winding staircase. The roof was falling in, but it was huge,a real antebellum house. We thought we heard ghosts in the back yard, but it was someone living in the servant's quarters.

  • I was there one day when they were cleaning out the bones from some mausoleums. When all the relatives die, they just dump the skeletons and make room for more dead people.

  • Not exactly, in New Orleans we do not dump the skeletons. We remove the corpse from the old coffin and store it in the vault below the tomb or mausoleum to make room for the newly deceased. Now we do dump the old coffins.

  • I did not know there was a vault below the mausoleum. I thought that was the purpose of the mausoleum, so one could be buried above the ground where water could not damage the corpse. I saw them taking the old skeletons out.

  • The main purpose of a above ground tomb in New Orleans area is to stop coffins from floating down the street in a flood. I did witness this during hurricane Katrina in the flood. I saw one family had two coffins in the front yard of their home.

  • That would be scary waking up one morning and seeing coffins on your front lawn. *shudder*

  • yea its because they don't have enough room to bury them in the ground, and when it floods the bodys wash up. So, they have to make room by taking the other bodys out and replacing

  • Is death really the end? it seems so. All concerned with the SELF is obliterated. (I have never seen a ghost, except when I was little and then it turned out to be a sheet draped over a chair in the morning.)

  • @smurfette2234 No death is only the beginning. ;)

  • I have a question, why is it louisana? And not somewhere like new york or some really populated place? ALOT of people get killed in the city (but in the country back then there was those race hate killings) but my point is, why don't ghosts haunt people in the city and more in suburban areas?

  • they do, but because of all the noise and busyness(sp) people don't notice them. In the south, or the country....everything is quiter

  • Ghost haunt everywhere. most of them are just recorded on more rural areas I guess.

  • Hi! Really like haunted mansions is a really cool vid!I'm trying to write a story of a haunted mansion on Louisiana and I want to a least know if one of this house is near a mall or a least near some where I wish you could help me really

  • love the video!! I'd love to have any of the houses....were there actually human bones there in one of the pictures...it was a broken down crypt....what do you think?

  • Yes, you can see the human bones in the broken down crypts.

  • those crypts did they fall down or did some sicko break it to get at the bones cos it looked as though they had tryed to pull out the coffin

  • where did you get that song . I want it for my ipod !!!!

  • haunted mansion theme at disneyland ...where the hell do you live?

  • Wow! what's up with the "help me" crypt in 1:15 ?

  • good job

  • that place is BEAUTIFUL!!

    I want it! lol

Great video! You did a great job!

  • wow that gives me chills

  • heart heart W

  • Beautiful mansion! I would buy it.

  • I WOULDNT!!!! i live in a 1,000,000 house in the middle of a city and it still creeps me out soooo much i cant even imagine livin in these monsters

  • Awe :( They hold so much mystery and the energy that surrounds that home is enchanting!

  • Woah! Those would be so cool to explore! Although... I would probably be scared alone at night.

  • I'd give soooo much to just go and explore some of those mansions. That's always been a big dream of mine.

  • I would too its the mystery of the place. and there is really nothing to be afraid of. they were once people too. you should try talking to them its really great.

  • Those are some beautiful mansions.

  • whoever mad this video thinks EXACTLY like i do

  • it was just the hurrican that did that omg u actually thin that that is haunted just because its old and some parts of that house broken and because there is a grave open stupi stupid stupid

  • Those aren't "parts of a house that are broken" tard. The house in the beginning,Nottaway Plantation,is far upriver from New Orleans. Those were of old NO cemetaries.

  • Just thought I'd mention Nottoway Plantation is haunted. My daughter saw a spirit run into the run down building on the grounds. In the broad daylight.

    Nice Video!

  • Yo! Somebody tell me this! Was any of the mansions destroyed after Katrina? Or messed up? Just wondering...

  • No, this video was created after the storm. All the plantations/mansions are high and dry.

  • I find that very strange.

  • Why, the plantations/mansions are survied Katrina because they were built on high ground 150 years ago, long before leeve systems. If that is what you mean.

  • The Lalaurie Mansion in New Orleans is supposed to the most haunted house in all of Louisiana

  • Wow, what beautiful mansions!

    Amazing, thanks for posting!

  • thatis a beautiful home

    your video is great !!

  • rember what happened to all those above ground cemetaries after Katrina? ugh that was bad. =/

  • i wanna go in that mansion its so great and nice mansion.. iwant to have a party there!!!

  • Yeah, a ritzzzy party. With crystal and china and some verrrrry expencive wine. Can't wait!

  • you gave me a spooke!Great Job! i gave you 5 stars!

  • great vid man 5 stars

  • I liked this video! I gave it a 5!

  • If you like that one, check out my other video Haunted Mansions of Louisiana II. I live here in Louisiana and I love to take pictures and videos of all the plantations in the area.

  • Are these mansions REALLY supposedly haunted, or did you just toss them into the mix because they look enough like the Gracey Mansion? :P

  • These are Real Haunted Mansions of Louisiana. See my video Haunted Mansions of Louisiana part II. In that video is the Myrtles Plantation know to be the most Haunted Mansion in the United States.

  • isn't louisiana associated with voodoo also? can some one please tell me and respond to this question?

  • Louisiana is the bomb. New Orleans is freaky. You can see ANYTHING there..literally..be prepared! I was born in Louisiana, lived in a few other states, but eventually moved back to Louisiana. There is no culture like Cajun. The food is fabulous!
