The national anthem is "O Canada" not "Oh Canada."

@frankdrebbin109 You are correct that the "official" version adopted in 1980 uses the archaic "O", but both are acceptable. "O" is not a modern English word... it's an archaic word. I'm not supposed to alter this video, now, because of the advertising partnership agreement I have with YouTube.

"God" did not appear in earlier versions (before 1980) of the song and is an affront to Buddhists and atheists who do not believe in such a being. So it's strange that the archaic word "O" got used.

Incredible! I'm not a very tall person, so it's nice to get a view of the crowd from a higher perspective since I only got to see the crowd at street level. It was the most incredible thing I've been a part of. Thank you for posting it up. The police did an amazing job of crowd control and it was nice to see them giving high 5's and getting hugs from random strangers too. ^_^

Get your fact's straight. The seal hunt is every bit as humane as fishing or hunting or farmed beef for that matter.

Interestingly, there were many police officers about and hundreds of video cameras downtown, but the police were pretty cool during the Olympics. They seem to have got it right.

@ralphyization The cops saw me out doing video a lot and they were quite friendly. One of them was doing video (documenting the crowds I guess) with a camera/monopod configuration similar to me so he knew that I knew that he knew his stuff i.e. how to make video in crowds with a mono-pod. I was using an XShot.

A lot of people were ashamed and it caused so much bad rep upon us, but if you didn't see on the new after the riots there was people going on the streets with their own bags, their own gloves and picking up trash off the streets. Those rioters were way over their heads and I don't want you thinking all Canadians are like that.
