And she has to show off the guitars for PRS.
@HackerGuitarist Bull****, real musicians don't keep their guitars in cases, they put them on stands. Most like to hang them on the wall cause it saves room and it looks cool as well. But the point is that you have easy access to them, and it takes 1 sec to grab one and start playing. Especially when you have more then 6 or so, it takes to much space and time to keep them all around you in cases. If you really value them you get climate control (not that expensive).

I don't have time to be hanging them on walls between gigs and sessions.My 26 yr old les paul has been around the world and it sure as hell doesn't hang on a wall for no reason, it stays in it's flight case unless I'm using it .
I'm not a bedroom musician... They are all working guitars. Tools of the trade.

I'm not gonna lie, i don't like her songs, but i can't say that she can't play, she's great, but for me it sounds just like any other teenage pop song, for the exception that she's the one that plays the solos instead of having another guitarist play them. Still, who am i to duje her, it's cool that she doesn't fall into the stereotype of metal girl wearing all black, and she plays and sings what she does, but in my opinion, her music it's not something out of this world.
All music today all sounds the same... so that's why i think she's one of the best because at least she can play guitar still.. most bands play the same chords and riffs over and over with easy 5 second solos.

Well, you are entitled to your opinion, but maybe you should hear her harder stuff if you aren't into pop. There are plenty of videos here on youtube for you to check out....some of her softer, bluesier stuff as well. And FYI, she knows quite a bit more than pentatonic scales. She studied classical when she was young. Also, what's being female have anything to do with her talent? People used to say the same thing about Nancy Wilson, but Nancy still has a career to this day.

Having the capacity to play well or excellent is good and all, but writing good songs is more important in the end. Your songs just sound like any flash in the pan top 40 artist with good guitar. Learn to connect your playing with good song writing and you'll not only go far, but you'll truly be remembered. Peace.

Orianthi, you're a great guitar player, but your song writing skills are a let down. Having the capacity to play well or excellent is good and all, but writing good songs is more important in the end. Your songs just sound like any flash in the pan top 40 artist with good guitar. Learn to connect your playing with good song writing and you'll not only go far, but you'll truly be remembered. Peace.
