Fear tactics. Pathetic attempt to scare people into voting republican/reptilian. How come every other western country should be equally frightened by the "threat" of terrorism yet they are in fact not, because they won't sink to this level of en masse mind control. Hitler did the same thing when he declared what was threating the third reich and the survival of the "Aryan" race (which is in fact a population native to north-western India) when he blamed everything on the jews, gypsies, Poles etc
The funny thing is Bush is about twice as popular as the dummocratic congress. You over looked that fact. And you over look a recent democratic poll that shows 1/3 of demoncrats harbor negative views on black people. It's your own party that will elect McCain. Your tired old argument that mccain is another bush has run out of steam. The two have nothing in common. But then again obama has a lot in common with Reverend Wright doesn't he. This one is over.
Slice and dice your numbers and logic anyway you want. The bottom line is McCain will win with a fairly wide margin. ADV2K1 you can yap polls don't count till your cows come home. Use some logic. In a year the dummocrats should have annihilated the Republicans you're in a dead heat. Factor in the millions of Demoncrats who will not vote for a black man and your party is 5 weeks away from it's 8th loss in 11 tries. Either change the party or move out of the country this time.
Millions of democrats won't vote for a black man? Absurd.
Look how unpopular Bush is. Knowing that McCain has supported Bush 90% of the time, I really do see McCain being more of the same. People do not want the same unpopular policies Bush had.
Sorry Obama sheep. Once again your party loses. It's called self destruction. He must be a muslim because he blew himself up. See you in November sheep.
Looks to me McCain is imploding, the Palin bubble has burst as more details come out of the investigation of TrooperGate, the more America will see what a poor choice she was for Veep. The Stonewalling has begun, Palin welcomed the investigation when it started, now her cronies are working hard to stop it, and now blaming Obama for the investigation. Typical Rovian tactics, blame the accuser. We've had 8 years of crooks running from the law as they rape the country, Enough.
We desperately need Obama as President. I fear what McCain will do to our economy, foreign relations, education system, health care system, and the government itself, not to mention his ridiculous energy policy. All he is doing it seems is bringing in fresh corruption. I do not want a man unable to admit he was wrong on Iraq all along and whose temperament is obviously volatile as Commander in Chief. I'd rather have the man who is endorsed by numerous military leaders and shows clear judgment.
viperlord you should begin the healing process now. This one is over and once again Democrats will scratch their heads in bewilderment wondering why they lost. As a former Democrat I can tell you why they keep losing. They have gone further and further left each election and until they come to their senses this will continue to happen. When we want socialist policies we will certainly let the Democrats know. In the meantime that party is doomed for more failure.
The only reason sheople like you are voting for Obama is race. Same reason Palin will win it for McCain, because she is a woman. Have you not noticed Obama is loosing,...moron.
joseswoo, do you realize you are just embarrassing yourself. You must think that "trolling for McCain" is a great enterprise, but you are just showing how unhinged McCain supporters are. Mark this: First, McCain lost his honor. Next, he will lose his temper. Then he will lose the election. It's over.
I have much more to attack Mccain with did you see the Video Reply I posted? I have made SEVERAL movies on why Mccain shouldn't be President check them out by going to my page and looking for the playlist Anti-Mccain movies.
beautifully done, people lest donate some money. it seems like Obama's bank is drying. He is not getting money from special interest so just little help is needed as he always said change comes from bottom up. Thank you all
milehigh587 you just keep proving that you have no clue what you are talking about. Obama up 15 pts from where Kerry was at the same time? Not even close. Courtesy Real Clear Politics, polls from this time in '04:
By the way respond all you want. This will be the biggest landslide in quite a while. I would not have made that prediction 5 months ago. Obama has been in a steady decline since late March. He lost in landslides against Hillary very late in the primary season. He is 15 pts down from where Kerry was at this same time. Nothing wrong with cheering for your candidate. That's your right. But this election is over. He will not recover. That I'm sure of.
Those states are racist states, Huckabee won some states even after Mccain won the nomination does your little theory still fit that Mccain is on the way out. The polls will go up and down thats how it always is, the thing Obama has that Kerry doesn't is people waiting to VOTE FOR HIM, people voted Against Bush and kerry was the vessel. You underestimate the youth vote, and the black vote. They will come out in numbers .
Deregulate business so CEOs can privatize the profits when the risks pay off but socialize the losses when the risks fail. That is safety nets and socialism for CEOs and social Darwinism for the rest of us.
These failed economic policies have brought us 5 yr high in unemployment, historic highs in home foreclosure, record deficits, falling value of the dollar, falling real income for average Americans.
You're right, Obama will lower taxes on 95% American's while McCain will increase taxes on that same 95%. Obama will curtail spending while McCain plans on increasing it. Republican's plan on 9/11 was to just talk about getting Bin Laden but not to actually pursue him then to spur an entire generation of new terrorists by invading a country that had nothing to do with 9/11. The Dems plan was to not just pursue Bin Laden but to understand why they did what they did to help prevent future attacks.

Taxes and spending - the democrats idea of change.
9/11 response from Republicans "These people are going to pay a high price for this"
9/11 response from Democrats "What did we do wrong that make these people hate us so much"
My prediction is McCain will win in a landslide and everything I'm seeing points in that direction. Obama is weak and America never elects someone perceived as weak. It's over. Yap all you want Obama sheep. Email me in November.
Unless you are an economic elite with millions in assets, you've been sold a bill of good, milehigh. Check out jgswallow's comment upthread just a little bit and think about it. "Tax and spend liberal" is an old, shallow caricature that has almost no bearing on reality. Government policy distributes the goods of society one way or the other. The trick is to be smart and have policies that encourage innovation and productivity. Republican policies of the last 8 yrs have done anything but.
There is absolutely nothing Obama is saying that represents change. He is totally focused on wealth redistribution and his policies are very socialistic in nature. He has no clue on how to protect our nation and just doesn't get it when it comes to the world we live in.
Democrats want to bloat the government to outrageous levels and see government as the solution. Sorry but our system is based on capitalism not socialism and in a capitalistic society government and taxes are not solutions.
the problem with your capitalism is that you don't worship God you worship the all might dollar. The dollar can fix everything don't you see. Health Care can't be fixed with free market because its more profitable for people to die than to live.
Don't you know what the Industrial Military Complex is sir?
Instead of trying to find world peace we continue on making the best bombs, why? We have enough bombs to destroy 3 earths but thats never enough.
Here's our "government knows best" quote of the day. This comes from Dr. Tim Johnson, ABC's medical editor, commenting on John McCain's healthcare plan. "The idea that individuals are going to have enough knowledge and enough savvy and enough insight and, frankly, enough guts to make choices all by themselves is pretty much a pipe dream."
awesome video...they are cut from the same cloth. Both had to have Dad get them into the best schools because they were either too dumb or at least intellectually lazy to actually qualify themselves, and they both barely graduated. But at least McCain reported for duty. McPain is Bush's third term, it's just that simple.
Bush and McCain both ran good ads. So I should vote against them for that?

the polls are irrelevant because
They don't count 1. New Voters 2. Youth Voters
3. Use lan lines to call people when lots of people only use Cell phones or Vonage.
So a significant % of the population isn't counted.
Race has nothing to do with it, I'm voting for Obama because I think he was the best man for the job and I agree with his views.
It's offensive to think Women blindly vote for Mccain because of palin, women aren't mindless borg drones.

Fours years ago, I scratched my head at Bush's strange "wolves" ad. I couldn't figure out who the wolves were supposed to be.
John McCain has made it clear: they are the Republicans, devouring the average American family with their voracious appetite for money and power.
Any American voting for a third term for these wolves deserves to get their home blown down.
