The thingabout cattle is, they're really extreme. if you're getting into the deathMETAL stuff, you gotta start out lighter, something like Death. If you're into progressive stuff, check out Opeth and Obscura. Opeth is one of the best bands to start with because they're respectabe when you dislike the vocals, and still legendary when you love the vocals.
