Yeah, I noticed that too. The screens, the fake BSoD (both of which mention something called MonsterFX Wild or some BS spyware program like that, which hints they're related), the fake Windows XP boot screen, everything.

You'll quickly find that this is a common practice in the rogue security scanner business; bad guys develop fake scanners, people eventually figure out certain scanners are fake, bad guys respond by changing the names and making innovations like ransomware, and so on.
