My guess they are jumping for oxygen. I've seen this more with the addition of a airstone or fountain when first added the fish jump for a while in the newly oxygenated water. But, also there is something refered to as flasking with Koi, It's usually caused by parasites.
how yours fish now still jumping/flashing? ithink he/she had parasite called flukes try put salt,or aquaprazi before contaminated the pond
