thank you so much, ive been suffering from breaks for about a year and a half now. i sang too much, the wrong way.... Always pushing, and screaming, and i use to have full connected sound, now i struggle to hold a note, regardless high or low, it wobbles and glitches, and breaks... My talking is fine, when i do scales is fine, when i sing, i crash. Cause im not doing what you are saying. Its a pain in the ass, and i think you've really laid it out for me so that i can understand. thank you!
