The 'smear machine' in the UK has been doing this to the BNP for years. I realize the leader of the BNP has some bizarre things in his past, but the extent that the UK goes to to treat the BNP members like subhumans is unbelievable. They can't even hold some careers if they belong to the BNP. Not consistent behavior for free countries. I knew that's where the liberals would lead the Republicans when I started hearing the 'racist' and 'Nazi' labels during the campaign.
For some time I've equated it to Republicans (and bitter small-town Americans, as Obama says, or racist rednecks, as Murtha says) being the liberals' new Jews and I actually heard the BNP say that about their situation recently too. Don't take this lightly, guys. This isn't just your typical political banter. And the liberals are no longer the typical Western freedom-loving political group. I agree, it's not simply a difference in opinion of parties in the free West anymore. It's a difference of ideology. And many driving the hateful American liberal base were not born in the US.
