Tony Esposito was always my favorite hockey player. I was a goalie, too. You know, I always thought that they should've made Dryden a backup in the '72 series against the Russians. Dryden was a great goalie, a hall of famer, but he just didn't play very well against the Russians; he never had a great game against them. If they had stuck with Tony-O, I think Canada would've won sooner. Just my opinion.
He is the reason i play hockey, goalie, with the butterfly style...Grew up in Chicago in the 60's and still play to this day. Thank you Tony
