The backbone Of the Hawks for over a decade, The Hawks wouldn't have been half as good if they didn't have him. Could you have imagine how good Chicago would have been if they didn't trade his brother Phil and Hodge to Boston? That bad decision cost them at least 2 cups maybe 3.

Tony Esposito was always my favorite hockey player. I was a goalie, too. You know, I always thought that they should've made Dryden a backup in the '72 series against the Russians. Dryden was a great goalie, a hall of famer, but he just didn't play very well against the Russians; he never had a great game against them. If they had stuck with Tony-O, I think Canada would've won sooner. Just my opinion.
