I have a video of myself on this bug. And when I was recording it, crouching didn't help. In fact, I couldn't crouch at all.

Yeah it happens when you take the falling position and soon after land in water. Either start swimming again or simply crouch to remove it

i had that too! i jumped into the water, and got out like that. then i dont know anymore what i did, i think i choosed a wapon again or walked into a vehicle :/
