  • beautiful car indeed

  • They were nice cars but they were to expensive all the time and they were not affordable to many people. I remember that the ones that were least expensive were Buick.

  • @adape0884frank er....you got that backwards.....Buick's were one step down from Cadillac and Oldsmobile was one step down from Buick's making the Buick more expensive than the Olds

  • @vintageappliguy

My mom and dad had one and I remember that they never liked at all.

  • Marketing nonsense at its best. Just listen to the words. Awesome.

  • I miss the pillarless hardtops...

  • id like a reply on this, i could get a 61 dynamic for 800, lots of work to do, but is it a good deal??

  • Those were serious cars! I love them!

  • did it have power windoes??

  • Ah good old days when seat belts we're not invented and safety glass wasnt there. When getting into an accident definitely made you feel you we're alive!

  • @masticina seat belts were options in 61 and safety glass came out in the 1930s. Still wouldn't want to be in an accident though

  • @masticina Actually safety glass was around for about 15 years by then. Seat belts were just three years away - 64 I think

  • @masticina Actually safetly glass was first used in the 1920s. Nash offered seat belts as early as 1949. Most people didn't want them until the government made it mandatory to wear them.

  • @IstvanN1961

Mmm Evil goverment trying to make the world safer for us all.

  • the cars from the 60s are better then now

  • Ya well kid I was born in the 60's..I agree it was much better then now.

  • i wish i lived back then

  • Idk, after JFK, you had Johnson and a resurgence of Socialism and economic disaster.

  • @beepandbop This is the truth! The Johnson presidency began an era of big government, rampant spending, and social engineering, which spelled the beginning of the end of the USA as we knew it. No two ways about it. (And don't forget Ted Kennedy's "Immigration Reform Act of 1965", and the infamous "Reagan Amnesty" of 1987, that have turned the USA into a shit hole)
