Even if she is lipsynching, why is there such a harm in that? Pretty much ALL music videos (unless live) are lipsynched because you record the audio track separately from the video.

Good voice, wrong mastering. I can listen to the piano much more than the voice. You should balance both channels and maybe add some reverb on the voice for creating somewhat of a contrast with the piano.
