The international community should pay attention to the situation and be willing to lend non-military humanitarian aide to the Libyan people once they are able to ask with one clear voice. Please allow the Libyan people to decide their fate before completely taking the right to that freedom away.

The international community should pay attention to the situation and be willing to lend non-military humanitarian aide to the Libyan people once they are able to ask with one clear voice. @Ninyth I'd like to add one more thing. The UN just approved the no-fly zone. the vote was 10-0 in favor for it. Russia, China, India, Germany, France, Britain, and the US all agreed for it.. But why when multiple countries are involved in the decision do you state that America is trying to police the world. why is America singled out?.... not trying to start more shit, but it seems like a legit question to me.

@GanjaKahn42O Russia, China, India, and Germany didn't vote.... America is always singled out because we are the greatest military in the world, we are the main military that enforces the UN decisions.

@IamYoddle they did vote though, whether compelled to do so or not by the US i don't know. I agree we are the greatest military in the world, which I'm proud of. But unfortunately that also means we get sent to do pretty much every fucking thing. Then we take the bitching from everyone else saying that we can't stay out of other peoples business, but they don't understand that were pretty much doing the UN's bidding.

@GanjaKahn42O Five nations abstained, Russia, China, Germany, India, and Italy. None of them showed up to vote, Russia and China have veto powers and could of veto and no, no fly zone could of been put in place. The United States voted yes, meaning they want a no fly zone put in place. The United States has the most influence over the UN, mostly because its our military that does the decision and our funding. If the US didn't want a no fly zone, they could of vetoed and it couldn't of happen.

'no fly zone' = a direct invitation addressed to the imperialists. do they really believe the EU, USA and maybe Israel helps em without any reward? they will stay in the country until it is sucked dry. the arabs will never learn it.
