No it is a small state park between Fort Stockten and El paso TX no equitment.Huge clear lake with springs.About an acre,half was made into an olyimpic swiming poll .when i was there about 12 years ago there was nothing out there and not but one little and i mean little place to eat. But thats what made it so great. Its worth the a stay you can stay at the park in some nice little cabins call ahead .
