You need either:

You still can delete the glitched objects.

Just press delete button, and then touch and drag the pen over the glitched objects, release and there you go!

Normal again.

oh, and if you attempt this glitch in the lava dome with a moving platform you will FREEZE the DS!!!! you gotta turn it off and restart.

Ah yeah. This also happens if you try to move any sort of these glitched objects at all. However, it won't freeze if you put it somewhere "legal".
