Just six months later Bush said " I don’t know where he is. I really just don’t spend that much time on him to be honest with you." Bush shut down the CIA's bin Laden unit in 2005. Candidate Obama in 2008 promised to get bin Laden. Obama as president reopened the bin Laden unit. 5-2-11 Obama gives the order to get bin Laden.

God that really does piss me off. Neville Chamberlain was an excellent Prime Minister and the "appeasement" policy was a pretty rational course of action to take at the time. It's only with hindsight that we can see it was the wrong. Chamberlain "groveled"? Not in this reality.
