@TopROCKERx he's using decide. their interval between hits is 0.1 secs. which allows him to gain chi at obscene speeds, which in turn also allows him to spark a lot more frequently....don't be a noob.

barb with lunar claws, it's more dex made than other barbs. And must be -interval equipped, this means that he has tt99 gold ornaments LA, that gives +crit each one. about 17-18% crit maybe. An archer lvl 100 has 30-34% crit, at least. (if good made,)
