Recommend keeping elbows closer to the body in the high brace position if you don't want to blow out your shoulder someday.

Excellent vid, and your original music is much better! Your bracing skills are terrific, but high brace position can result in bad shoulder injury--I'd rather be out of the kayak! Thanks for length of vid with many wave formations and how you handled them. I also recommend wearing a helmet in surf, even small surf.
