(a) Precisely what is "a couple of min." we need to boil spinach...???

(b) How much time we need to soak paneer in hot water or spinach water...???

you can soak the paneer for abt 15 mins

@vaibtube7 you could boil the spinach for about 3-5 minutes depending on how much spinach you have, and soak the paneer in hot water/spinach water for atleast 15 minutes

i just wanna let you know that i made the palak paneer and it turned out so good, the first time wow, thank you for your recipe, but instead of the cream i used half and half it still tasted really good.
