  • Yep!

  • i love this port!! got it from ebay today :D

  • Cool! It is awesome, have fun!

  • i played it now, and it was a great port!! only downside is that there is not that much focus on the in-game music, but it's still kickass

  • Cool.

  • I have been waiting with baited breath for a new roadrash. Rock on Rob!

  • Been seeing a vid going around supposedly about a new Road Rash by EA that apparently has been cancelled? WTF? Maybe it's more important to release an updated MADDEN? Geez......

  • This looks brilliant, definitely going to have to pick this up.!

  • I picked this one up on 3do when it came out and I still play it today. I love this game, and even with the graphics being blocky and all..you don't notice anything but going fast on the road and beating people up lol. Awesome game and great video as always MaximumRD!

  • I just picked up road rash and road rash on the sega cd , also picked up roadrash 2

so im looking foward to them

  • Road Rash is an awesome series all around.

  • Hey Rob! Just a little info:

The Sega Genesis version of Road Rash 1 and 2 also made you run back to your motorcycle after a crash. So they carried those ideas over to this port.

  • Very cool, thanks for the info!

  • Very nice video. Not really my type of game though. But tastes can differ ;-)

Nice execution of the game on the Saturn though.

  • Different types of games for different types of people. Over the years I have tried every genre of game, I never claim I don't like a type of game I have not tried. Sometimes a title is released and I think "Well I don't like those types of games but that looks really good" so I try again, usually my mind isn't changed. For example, I try so many but I just am not into RPG's ESPECIALLY if it's turn based, to me there is no excuse for this board game throw back, real time action please!

  • I know many would boo me for that but I think since ZELDA on NES I cannot get into turn based combat, nor do I like simulations or RTS games, I guess I am just one of those who plays games to ESCAPE real life, I don't want to apply strategy, micro manage etc, simple fast and fun action please.

  • It's actually more this type of motor cycle game. Usually I get very frustrated by motorcycle racing game because I always have control issues with them. But in Burnout Paradise City I very much like the way Motorcycles are implemented.

  • I'm right on board with the rpg thing...i never say never, but when all said and done I'm like meh, (to each his own) I do Love some select rts games though (warcraft 3, and age of empires in partic)

  • Wow it looks great on the Saturn. The action is fast and smooth. Thumbs up video.

  • I'm a HUGE Road Rash fan. I've loved them since the first Genesis game. Not sure why this series died but it would be great to see it make a comeback.

    Excellent review RD :)

  • I'd love to see a decent ROAD RASH on a handheld.

  • I've always dreamt of a more modern Road Rash. I remember they came out with a moderately newer one, but they made it one player! Why on earth would they do that? They did the same thing with the Golden Axe that just came out. These games would be guaranteed sells if they kept them to the original formula. Anyways, nice job.

  • I used to love the cut scenes when i first played this, lmao! at 7:01 head goes stright through the rear wind shield....ouch lol! =)

i agree, a new Road Rash on the current systems would be amazing!
