Too get rid of lice, heat cooking oil until it's very warm, but not too hot to touch. Rub it all over your hair (head in your case). Wrap your head in a hot, damp towel for an hour. This should suffocate the lice. Then, wash many times with shampoo and comb with a gnit comb.
