  • showzinone... not bad only better for you AFTER a session / competition.

  • IT REALLY WORKS i been doing track 4ever

  • can you run and warm up ur body and then do static streching? will it be the same as dynamic streching??

  • so he said you can only train someone that dnt know how to run efficientcly.

  • you need to listen to whats being said. He didn't say "you can only train someone that doesn't know how to run efficiently" what he's saying is "you can train athletes that havn't been trained to be efficient"

  • terrific video !!!!

  • thnxs 4 da video cuz some people dnt kno how 2 explain bout wut their tlkn bout thanxs!!!!

  • Static stretching is fine but too much of it during the workout can hinder your performance.

  • that's a myth

  • No it isn't. Dynamic stretches are always recommended before workouts or competition, with little or no static stretching. Static stretching should be for after workouts or competition.

  • @UnseenChaos Several studies have shown that static stretching cools down the body. lowers heartrate, reduces force production, ect. the total opposite of what a warm up does.

  • so static stretching is bad?

  • This guy really knows what he's talking about I would strongly recommend ordering his free ereport before pursuing his actual program however, his program is the best I've ever seen and my teammates and myself have great results and our coach uses this program so two thumbs on this guy. He has a great understanding of training sprinters and other runners but great results for me and I'm a sprinter so. Great job....

  • this a good video i like this

  • great vid can't wait to start these drills!
