  • Listen to this, then listen to Lady Antibellum's "Need you now". I'm pretty sure A.P. got ripped off.

  • Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs

  • And now the starting lineup for your world champion Chicago Bulls!

  • sas gamaw olous re....;)

  • Hear's what I think of when I listen to this song. It seemed to me to be about a relationship that fell apart due to the woman's BS, and the man is comparing himself to God, knowing all about her because he had spent so much time witnessing her tricks and lies. But that's just me.

  • I only listen to the intro :D

  • The song is in part a reference to George Orwell's classic novel 1984, regarding a possible future in which individual privacy is virtually non-existent due to the ever-watching eye of Big Brother. In the novel, citizens are constantly monitored by hidden video recording equipment

  • My favorite!

  • Interesting that the intro seems to have very little to do with the rest of the song :)

  • No substitute for good music!

  • One looks at images such as these, hearing the song they are presented with, and the thought is set in stone: There is no way, NO WAY, that we are the only ones out there. It just wouldn't make sense to think otherwise.

  • WHERE IS THE LOVE BUTTON FOR THIS!!! I've never said that b4. I love this song!! Thanks dad for introducing it to me, and me to so many AMAZiNG classics! :)

  • Holy crap there are lyrics to the song!?!

  • 1984. Good book.

  • from North Carolina...6'6...MICHAEELLLLLLL JORDDAANNNNNNN!!!!

  • satan has risen

  • Da Bulls

  • Michael Jordan

  • The song is in part a reference to George Orwell's classic novel Nineteen Eighty-Four,

  • @crookhunter Im reading that right now. reference to Big Brother?

  • @TheFujifilm9 yep the Eye in the Sky!!!

  • @1:55 the song actually starts.

  • No the nebraska TUNNEL WALK

  • What the hell is SME and why does it restrict playback of this video in playlists? That's kind of gay... Then it says "Sorry about that." Not forgiven.

  • @Ozzmosisf35 Sony Music Entertainment - just another corporate bullshit restriction

  • @altern8ive Most music corporation's are nothin but BUllshit!

  • @TheE1961 that is so very true!

  • they also play this at giants stadium during the kickoff

  • Thumbs up if nba 2k brought you here! I wish i could of witnessed this in real life with the great chicago bulls.

  • i dont get it ,is Chicago singing this song? sorry if its a disrepectfull question ,just confused

  • @emymummy No nothing like that. In the 90s, this was the theme song for the starting lineup at every bulls game.

  • @emymummy Alan Parsons Project. The first 1.55 minutes was played at sports venues as a pep song if you will, namely the Chicago Bulls

  • @superskidoos ricky the dragon steamboat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Like if you dont live even near of chicago and love this song!

  • Like Alacress, I bought this LP in a flea market. I like this piece a lot!

  • How could anyone, in their right mind, dislike this song? I'm a younger guy of 26, and I've only just recently started listening to The Alan Parsons Project, and more specifically this song, and in all honesty, this is one of the most amazing songs I've ever heard. I'm not even exaggerating here; I was an instant fan of this band after I heard these two songs on a Vinyl my friend and I bought at a flea market. In fact, this entire album is a masterpiece, in my opinion. Glad to have found them!

  • @Alacres I think that they don't like this song more for personal reasons, or issues than for the song in itself, for this music is like clockwork, is perfect

  • @jorgetechful Amen to that.

  • MJ brought me here. The GOAT

  • Here's the starting lineup for your Phoenix Suns!!!

  • FROM NORTH CAROLINA

  • I was unaware these were united.

  • Love the video, great work.

  • Dara Rolins Eye in the sky / this is well made version :-)

  • 11 people must be Laker fans.

  • @micmac99 maybe Jazz, Trailblazer and Suns fans too LOL.

  • go nets

  • @Julian24151 Not this time.

  • \m/

  • My dad used to put this c.d. and others for me to sleep, now whenever I hear it I start crying. Because it reminds me of a time where everything was right with the world. And I miss it.

  • I'm the public address announcer at Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD and we use Sirius as our starting lineup song. I don't claim to be Ray Clay, but the song does indeed work!

  • I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THIS AND NEVER WILL IT GET MUSIC COLLECTION I HAVE!

  • Piekne! Jak ja dawno tego nie slyszalem! :) /poland/.

  • Sounds almost like Pink Floyd.

  • @GreasemonkeyCGI Sounds nothing like Pink Floyd but i get where you're trying to go.

  • @elbob17 You're not getting anything. That melody does sound like something they would do. I'm not accusing anyone of anything internet champ...

  • It should come as no surprise Parsons made such an awesome song as this (and others), as the man was Pink Floyd's sound engineer on Dark Side of the Moon. Clearly, PF knew Parsons was quite talented.

  • Personally i only like upto about 2:00 of this song. Such an EPIC build up!

  • So this music is called Allan parsons project or what ?

  • @Realmasterorder The song is called Sirius in the first minute and half, the remaining minutes is called Eye In The Sky. The Alan Parsons Project is the band name.

  • Comment removed

  • i personally only like the first minute and half

  • @RangerGamingVids Same here.

  • This song was a hit on the radio waaay before the Bulls ever won a championship. Alan Parson Project ROCKS

  • Ricky Steamboat

  • *.* xo

  • I would put this song on and It took me so far away from the life of being abuse I had as a little kid. It was my escape,it was my shelter. Know im 42 and a disabled Iraq vet. Ths song all the years later helps me escape when I dont want to be here. Thanks a million

  • Michael Jordan and The Alan Parsons Project. Damn.

  • GR8!

  • I recently told a friend that i would like to hear a kermit performance of this.

  • The movie beerfest brought me here.

  • This song has a significant spiritual and occult message. I love this song.

  • @MrUsernamer1234 Yes it does and I also love it

  • @MrUsernamer1234 -- 1984

  • my girlfriend just came over and we were watching "what not to wear" in TLC

  • The Eye portion rocked pretty 'randomly' with me throughout the 'holiday'. Wild lyrics... So glad the Sirius intro is available for coolout!

  • @BigBluenym True!!

  • @beijingirl this song has superb rhythm, lyrics, instrumentation and balance. this level of music requires alot of hard work, and it takes an applicable mind to understand/appreciate it. so, VERY false.

  • @BigBluenym False. Only good part is 0:00 to 6:32

  • @69jgray Are you stooooooopid or what?

  • @smw381st wtf, why is he?

  • @smw381st My mama always said "Stupid is as stupid does."

  • @BigBluenym I will punch your soul

  • way ahead of its time

  • I'm 45. The first time I heard this group at 16 and did not know the author, and listened for about 2 years. Rarely heard pieces of the song. And now, after 29 years I know who plays, and listen again in a few hours. Maybe it's just memory, or the quality of music, but the tears flow like water

  • I always think the Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan every time I hear this song.

  • I love the info for this song. Art being a union of the spiritual and material, the human 'in' the divine. Great explanation for this song.

  • I just noticed that they played the first minute of this song in the movie "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs". How cool is that!?

  • I get chills every time all the instrumentals drop at the end of Sirius and the lone base line riff morphs into eye in the sky.

  • have'nt heard this song since the 80's thank you, great song and I could'nt imagine the video being any better.

  • Ladies and Gentalman your Chicago Bulls!!!

  • If you lived in Chicago during the 90s, this song has a special meaning for you.

  • @dachicagoan Even if you were merely a fan of the great era of Da Bulls this song has Special Meaning

  • @dachicagoan ---- and now the starting lineup for your world champion CHICAGO BULLS!!!

  • @1023JPG ahh memories, but if Rose remains in the team and is able to develop into a good team leader, they can be champions again.

  • @dachicagoan Michael Jordan ALL DAY

  • @dachicagoan don't really have to live in Chicago... just to know some main things about the Bulls and this will definitelly have a special meaning

  • The legend will live forever... There are many things that I could learn from mj's life... Throughout his life he had to overcome many obstacles and difficulties...and even though his physical strenght may have dimished at times, he always had one thing going for him... his spirit of a competitor never gave up...This is why he acomplished what he accomplished...This is the truth of the human spirit... It will always be a mystery to me...

  • THIS IS FOR CHICAGO... AND WINNING CHAMPIONSHIPS. THANKS MIKE

  • Michael Jordan , its your song . Enjoy it

  • when i saw these guys live in 08 they still rocked the house.

  • Thumbs up if the Mr. Allard, The Revenant, Moon Shadow or PS232 sent you here!

  • The sun in your eyes, makes some of the lies worth believing.

  • And now.....the starting lineup for your world champion Chicago Bulls

  • Moonwalking it out for the flock. You know you love it, Louise.

  • this song is too cool CLASSIC !!!!!!!!!!

  • 1 THING this reminds me of. HUSKERS BITCHES

  • 2 things come to my mind: Song of the CHicago Bulls and hall of fame wrestling star Ricky the Dragon Steamboat! Awesome song!

  • I shit in my pants the first time I heard this song when i was 16.

  • @zitropsyslave why would you do that?

  • I half expect Michael Jordan to appear in front of me. . . he didn't :c

  • The eye in the sky is watching us all! Welcome to the machine.

  • Best version ever.... Thank you.

  • Love the 80's! I think the Thompson Twins sampled a piece from Eye in the Sky with their song Hold Me Now.

  • i never understood what this song had to do with the chicago bulls..or basketball for that matter

  • jw is this 2 separate songs put together? or is it one song? and where can i download this version?

  • @snessespe 2 separate songs.. Sirius/ Eye in the Sky

  • @liberalinthedesertaz The funny thing is when this was released in Australia in the 80's as a single the "intro" was always part of the song. This was a big hit in Australia back then.

  • love this song

  • the beginning part is awesoooooome

  • :)

  • Most people think MJ, others think Alan Parsons Project. Simple as that folks.

  • Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat used this song in the 80's.

  • fuck modern music!!!!!

  • this song always reminded me of the movie "5th Element" n its one of my favs!

  • Alan Parsons and Eric Wolfson can predict the future , peace to Eric and I wish I knew what Alan knows right at this moment

  • I always crave this after some Floyd...or the other way around......

  • I have lyrics for Sirius

  • too freakin cool

  • I` have done all those misstakes ....

  • If you hear this song and are not in MJ's side, you shit yourself.

  • Ha, Ha! We all are space dust! So to be cool! Nice mix!

  • Cloudy with a chance of meatballs.

  • @CrtlAltDlt

    YES :D

  • Awesome............APP rules.

  • My most favorite song of APP. NO matter how many times I listen it. I like it. Eric Woolfson wherever you are (RIP).

The Universe, our biggest home, we are a bit of sand compared wit it. Thank you pleyadesx for this video.

  • is the pic slowly zooming in or is it just me

  • @guitarboy487 lol.. it appears that way.. of course after I read your comment I noticed

  • Cold Chills....

  • Most people think Michael Jordan; I think of The Dragon.

  • @dropkickhuie The Grand Dragon????

  • YEAH

  • Growing up in Chicago. There are two things i Remember, Michael Jordan, and this Song. Fortunatly they go hand in Hand.

  • @RezaShah4 they played this when they introduced the Flyers in Philly in the mid 90s

  • @RezaShah4

good music is associated with whatever you make it =)

  • Absolutely brilliant

  • " that is why we take the universe and man and transformed it into art, through the music of Alan Parsons Project." . . . . .Oh PERLEASE, it wernt that good mate, fantastic intro but then disolves into somesort of wishy washy fluff, a real anti-climax in the end.

  • @monkeybath1 Agreed. The intro needed further development. It was the better part of the duo. The regular track is still quite good.

  • @monkeybath1 Seriously Man,If you down someone else for thier Music, then you just don't get Music.Inever down on someone becuase of thier Music.Music,by it's very Nature, should be Uniting, and comments like yours are Anti Music IMO.Yea theres Music I hate,But i never tell someone that thier music sucks.

  • Wow. You brought yet more cleansing music for the world to hear. As a long-time APP listener (since April 1980) you did the Alan Parsons Project a great service. Between Alan Parsons, Pink Floyd and Genesis (yes, I like all three) we can help purge our society of all the Lady Gag-Gags, Snookis, Katy Perrys, Justin B's, and Christina Aguilera. Take back our world. Again, thank you so much for the video.

  • @OmegaXP Lol! Very Good!
