Tamiya make the BEST models i've ever seen. The only model company that comes close is Hasegawa (alos makes awesome kits). I'm workin on a F4U-1D Corsair right now btw.
I bought a Tamiya FW-190-A3 the other day and its the best model i have now and i have over 30 new models so thats saying somthin. It came with two decal sheets with one just for the cockpit instruments ! i'm thinkin of doin a unboxing of that one soon...
That looks like a big kit. I plan to get Tamiya's, 1:350 USS Enterprise aircraft carrier at the end of the year once my money is all sorted. Not a fan of aircraft, but i'm working on Airfix's 1:24 Spitfire VB at the mo. I've had that sitting for a while now, that should keep me out of trouble for a few wks making that.
@MrDarkminecraft as fond as I am of the Mustang, I gotta give it to the F4U Corsair... if Tamiya does a 1/32 of any variant of that plane, I will be the first one in line to buy one!
that is a lovely plane :) i myself have made a few models, few ships, and a few air fix kits ect, im not the best ever, i made them when i was like 10 i have 2 meshersmit 109's 2 spitfires a hurricane a Lancaster, a b22 flying fortress and a sea king rescue helicopter, hanging from my living room ceiling. although at the moment im doing a TOS enterprise, and for no reason the Nx-01 in Minecraft... so yea im strange
