  • well at least you got me to view your video. lol . good work, keep going

  • DIY Its work DoublerVoltage In12V to35V, out 24Vto 76V circuit fr. ElecFree com "search 12v to 24v dc to dc converter IC 40106, change BYWS1P1-200 to FT2000G n all the Capacitor into higher value, work very well together with PWM G Forrest Cook, all MosFeT using IRF250 w/Big Heat sink , 30Amp Max. for any HHO Cell thks :)) NO MORe Limited 12V fr. Car Battery or motifier Alternator, more volt less current, less heat :) for sure

  • can i ask where you buy your gasket material? thx

  • the ones in this cell i got at home dep.

  • 40 mil shower liner. but i cut 2 gaskets per gap.

  • im looking to build a cell where did u get your stainless from thanks

  • Metal and iron works. Ft Collins CO. but they only had 304ss. If you want the 316L ss. you may want to check eBay there are a tone of great deals on there.

  • sorry my posting is back to front

  • i have seen video's where people have done tests with alternating holes... it did not solve the problem. some of the problem is within each individual plate's holes. i did rebuild the big cell this way and it did change my mmw. Not a hole lot though. I have more tests to perform.

  • The only way to prove this is by doing 2 tests , one with the insers and the other without...this test should include the same electrolyte and the amps production should be recorded for both...less amps more output is what we are all tring to achieve

    regards

  • David, no offence , but I think you might be defeating the purpose with those 3/8 inserts.

Current flow will take the path of least resistance .If all the holes are aligned together some current will travel straight from neg to pos thus bypassing the neutrals. The edge of the holes are conductive and so are the sides,If you seal the edge of the holes the current will simply flow to the sides of the plate. If you stagger the holes from one plate to the other you will overcome leakage.

  • Shouldn't you check the voltage out put of your 12volt with out a load , mine is 14.5 that changes my mmw alot.

  • i never thought of that. how do i factor that in??

  • Never mind man . You are 100% on this I didnt know and that is my fault. And nice work man . You got me started on my current build.

  • you are doing some great work with these designs ... its so nice to see more and more of this type device showing up on YouTube ... most all of started out with the wall plates and whatever else we thought might work ... it is gratifying to see how much this technology has progressed in just the year or so I have been watching folks do this on YouTube ...

thank you for your contribution to the effort ... wonder if Tero Ranta had any idea a couple years ago how far his design would go ...

  • Thank you so much for your kind words! And encouragement!

every new thing i learn raises a new question! I need to invest in real test equipment.

  • spent the money on a clamp on amp meeter... bad news.. no surprise to most though. 5.3 mmw

  • Good job, great efficiency! I like your solution to leakage. You are one smart guy.

    Is the plates 316l ?

    Bob Campbell

  • thank you. I have many tests to do before i truly celebrate! No on the 316l.. I wish but could not afford it. it is 16 gage 304 ss. Thanks for viewing.

  • use a fuse instead of the amp meter that you have till you get the money to buy a clamp on ac/dc amp meter ,nice work

  • Thanks.. so how do i go about doing that? is it just to check the amp gage? or to fined how many amps i am running? How would i go about that accurately?

  • buy an auto fuse holder and a variety of fuses if on your amp meter you see 5 + amps put a 5amps fuse and se if it blows if not after a30 45 minuts go lower 4 amps this is how you can double check your Amps

  • thanks i see how that would work! But i just got a clamp on amp meeter and i could not read this one right. though i think the gage was good i just could not accurately read it. My mmw is 5.35 but that is in a small cell. I will see what the big one does when i re build it. i did a final test with the new amp meeter right before tear down and it ran a consistent 5.44 mmw so hopefully that will increase. but i think that will be the real test of it. Thanks for your advice it is always welcome

  • WOW that is a good!!! mmw do you have a different amp meter I have ben working on MMW on my cells great work!!

  • i am working on getting the money for a good amp meter.. this one is hard to read. i feel like i am guessing on what my actual amps are. though this is the very same one i used for my previous tests. I found one at harbor freight for like $60. I am thinking of selling my old test cells for the money.

  • 6.87 is very good mmw I have tried so many thing in the holes I have all so tried no holes on bottom. my mmw are in the low 6 on alot of me cells.

  • I still have lots of test to do before i celebrate. i seem to get a great deal of mmw drift from low to higher amp. I will keep people informed!

  • Pretty good results man ..

  • thanks! but i am noticing as i up my currant i lose mmw... I think it is because of how thin i had to shave my nylon grommet's. I think the higher currant is able to jump threw them and cause some leakage currant. Further tests need to be done to conclude this. It may be that my battery has been charged to much and it can not perform higher. that may be why the big cell did better when i used the car charging system. how is your no hole cell coming?

  • It is coming alright , waiting on some tubing I ordered me and tjgame2 have been collaborating on the idea..If everything goes as planned will have it running this weekend..I going a diffrent route than what I posted,I think it will that way I just dont have the tools to do precise machining, so I am taking another route ..

  • i look forward to it! I think your rout is going to work better than mine! Good luck to you!

  • I have high hopes but you know how that can go sometimes , thanks

  • yes i do.

  • use q tip plastic tubes .
