OK, Kasumi players like this aggravate me to no end...If you just going to grab after every move, why not bite the bullet and just play a grappling character? You'll be more effective overall, and won't look like a scrub while doing it! Shinobi, you would've beaten this guy 3-0 if not for all the grabs...
that is what mak s him a big threat to just about anybody< he is relatively safe, great mix up and strings. grant it he does have risks involved but they aren't as risky as other characters he'll be a problem for anybody. the only person who might give him even the slightest amount of trouble i'd say is genfu and on a maybe ayane
and as people said about the kasumi player i'm def not impressed. i don't like using this term but noob pretty much. i'm not a pro at the game but i'm good enough to my stufff correctly esp in a fighting game like doa4.

@666devilcries666 I only half way agree. If the opponent is a good at countering there's less of a threat, mashers in up in the high/med range, and I for one have never lost to a noob kasumi, they've always been tactical if I lost.

christie the best female? u must be on be on drugs! her moves are so unsafe its scary she not the worst character but she ain't the best, almost all her moves are so predictableyou'll sware ur a sphyic and her snake stance leaves alot to be desired though its still a useful tool for her. Hayabusa is pretty much golden though. This guy seriously needs to practice with Helena a bit shes very good when used to her potential
Idk wat u happen to be talkin about but both characters were amazing, and I think the harder it is to use a character (like helena or christie), the better it is when a person gets good with him/her. and i dont think hayabusa is golden, though he is very good when used by the right person.
i think i satred the hayabus ais golden n he is. he has big adavantages over everyone else. the big thing is his rage game. if u notice alo tof characters cannot fight or not fight effciently outta close to mid range. hayabusa can fight at any range which gives a major headache to alot of characters. that and as we all know if u use and punches on him will pretty much result in that damn counter combo into inzuna which does hellacious damage.
but thats just it tier in doa 4 are in hot debate since in doa4 they aren't concrete and apparaently still don't have enough data fromw hat i hear. it makess ense since everyone has at least the basic tools. for instance everyone has counters, 2 catch throws, and anybody can pressure the difference is in how well they do it in
I never understand the long string of combos a character can perform yet opponent in hit stun disadvantage can get a huge advantage because he did the right counter.
other games gives defensive options to help players escape combos or out of guard stun while giving opponent slight disadvantage, but players only have a small time to pursue the opportunity.
DOA's counter system has always amazed me how much power is given to defenders instead of attackers.
u can counter outta long strings it depends on the stun for one thing you can also slow escape which everybody knows. Grant u are right . doa is still more offensive than defensive butthe sefensive tools are there ( baiting, countering, throw punishing, turtling) The game is good for aggressive types really since the game relies alot of speed than what other games do. It also ALOt about mind games. the rgound game is the core of doa4 ( specifically)
