For us skinny guys you can do loads of excercise while maintaining a high protein diet and get thinner and thinner because of the high metabolism. Can you shoot a comment on how you're caring for yourself when outside of training?
well you need to keep in mind, that you have to eat a balanced diet, not just high protein. You should consume complex carbs such as oatmeal, whole grain and wheat breads, brown rice, sweat potatoes, ect, as well as healthy fats such as olive oil. Peanut butter is great as well.

I love the gym but watching this makes me want to get back in the parks. Only thing stopping me is the cold weather. We have a pull up/dip bar in the gym but it's just not the same as the ones in the parks.
He doesn't promise instruction, he is just showing the advanced moves. I didnt buy Jay Cutlers DvD for his work out advice I did it to watch a master work. I would buy the dvd just to see this freak swinging around those parallel dip bars.

I can't believe how creative these workouts are. They make perfect conditioning exercises for gymnastics. This is better than what I see at my gym, and we do a hell of a lot of conditioning. All I can say is I know you guys will succeed!

Anyman that want a dense muscular upperbody needs to work the pull up bar. The key being isometric contractions during the holds and balance of the body weight.

Damn! Your good. I've been lifting weights & boxing for about 6 years. But, my physique didn't look to hot. But started doing calisthenics about a year ago with weights and boxing. Only basic exercises like - pull-ups, dips, press-ups (close and wide). Now ive become much more athletic and bigger. I struggle to with pull-ups and i dont think i could ever do handstand presses. Them moves are insane! I realise now to get in awesome shape you need to do more then just lift weights.
