  • why are people comparing grunt marines a basic line MOS to a special forces group... they are retarded how about this look at making the cut, and see what ranger school is... now compare that to bootcamp for marines....

  • im a ranger and ive went on missions with seals before and i know why they are one of the best not saying rangers cant keep up, but i was there to see what they can do Rangers lead the way Hooah

  • I have a friend and he's totally insame for the army HE LOVES IT ♥ he send me this link good video :)

  • U.S. RANGERS ARE THE BEST ELITE INFANTRY MULTI TASK FORCE IN THE U.S. MILITARY!

  • Rangers all the way boy! Always lead, never fail! RANGERS!

  • One of the Oldest and Combat Proven Special Operations in Americans Arsenal.

  • Hooah! Rangers Lead the way!

  • Hey let's not bicker about Rangers > Marines or Marines> Rangers cause in the end they fight for the same dam cause. Hoo Ah

  • @Kiba8778 not to be a dick but, Rangers kinda are better, it explains why theres so few of them. Order of War: 1st in the fight, Special Forces, 2nd Rangers, 3rd Airborne, 4th Army/Marines

  • @Wackylackay Well yeah Rangers are better than marines, think about it. Marines don't go through extra training then the average marine, and Rangers are a Special Operations Force, so yeah they are better trained and equipped. You just can't compare regular soldiers to Spec Ops Forces.

  • @jetrider11 But I must say, Marine riflemen are trained better than 11B, so I respect them. Paratroopers and Rangers, however, they are not...Nuff said!

  • @asmoody & BTW, I'd call on a Marine any fuckin day! Even the FMs, b/c they are ALL born killers!

  • Can someone explain the Rangers to a Brit? Are they to the Army what the Marines are to the Navy? :s

  • @MrFrewty They're a light infantry fast deploying Special Forces group. They're not as elite as say the Navy SEALs (Don't me wrong America, Rangers lead the way, all the way! Hooah!) but they are considered to be extremely elite soldiers. Their not like the Marines, because ANYONE can be a Marine. The Rangers require special training to join. The modern Rangers were formed in the 1940's where the 2nd Rangers Battalion took part on D-Day. I want to be one that's why I know so much :3.

  • @frenchpansy499Z I second that thought In Ranger school in my older brothers class there were about 10 marines that were in it but only 1 or 2 went on

  • @AzureKitefan1 Exactly, you've gotta know your shit to become one.

  • @frenchpansy499Z Hooyah (HOOYAH!), SEAL Team (SEAL Team), Easy day (Easy day!), Everyday.

  • @frenchpansy499Z no shit, I want to be a Ranger also, Airborne Division... see ya at FortBenning.

  • @MrFrewty No. Marines are a branch under the Navy. The Rangers ARE Army. They're just better trained. They're a Special Operations Force, so they have more equipment, better trained -mentally and physically-, and all around better. When things are rough and you can't really afford to lose, they'll call on Rangers instead of marines.

  • In this video has pictures of the USMC...

  • USMC Kick ASS!!!!, Rangers sucks

  • @caiochammas the marines would be massacred in a battle with army rangers

  • @AmericanGMS I wouldn't be so sure about that, marines have access to some real heavy shit that the rangers can't take with them. Rangers certainly wouldn't be push overs, but this would come downt to who had the most support.

  • @CitrusLizard is it true you have to be a ranger to be able to become a green beret

  • @AmericanGMS I don't know. I know they do recruit from the rangers, but I'm not sure if you have to be one.

  • @CitrusLizard they dont exactly recruit you can aply to special forces at anytime just like rangers except special forces is alot longer and a bit more dificult it also include language training

  • @AmericanGMS No, its not true.

  • @AmericanGMS Nooooooooooo. Most Special Forces(Green Beret) members were previously Rangers and have attended Ranger school, but you don't HAVE to be a Ranger. You just have to meet the qualifications and be trained physically and mentally enough.

  • @AmericanGMS no not at all in fact most green berets were never army rangers they went to ranger school which is a combat leadership course that anyone can apply to do even marines and normal army soldiers. green berets sort of go the oposite way instead of goin to rasp (ranger assement and selection process) they go to SFAS (Special Forces Assment and Selection) then they go through other special forces training such as SOPC SFQC and finaly language training and survival training

  • @CitrusLizard Rangers can do what Marines can do anytime. Remember though they operate under different command so of course they wouldn't be doing the same thing.

  • @caiochammas Go tell them that and see how that goes.

  • @caiochammas Rangers > Marines. Rangers are ALOT better.

  • @caiochammas your dumb... 198000 folks are qualified to be a marine, but only 9800 rangers ....any questions....

  • \/ Uhhhhhh no not rest in peace the ranger RIP

  • I feel stupid but what's RIP?

  • @warfreaks97 ranger indoctrination program

  • @warfreaks97 rest in peace

  • 13 people didn't make it through Ranger school or RIP

  • if i get a green card the first thing im going to do is join the us army

  • No "I" in Rangers

  • rangers rock!!!!!!

  • .... all the way

  • WTF are u bring up mw2 these are real fucking people

  • Lots of non Rangers in there.

  • what did u use to make the slideshow

  • MW2 IS A STUPID CHILDISH VIDEO GAME

  • i say troops of doom by sepultura suits the rangers lol

  • why is america in afghanistan ? Why is all this money being spent will it make america any safer? Are terrorists gonna be exterminated forever? The answer is Nope. Terrorists are like cockroaches they will continue to be made as llong as the koran still teaches radicalism. It is a lost war.

  • @aslanofprovince It's not about America. It's about the Middle East, and bringing them the God-given human rights they deserve, one country at a time.

  • @aslanofprovince the terrorists hide in asian soil,so what do you think is easier making a World War 3 or fighting on the place were it all started

  • @aslanofprovince that war is almost over.they did this to take revenge on those 2 terrosts from 9/11.in December they nuked them....

  • mess with the best, die like the rest

  • @allamerican1995 Hail Bushler kills the Mooslims!

  • HOOOOO RAHHHHHH!!!!!

  • OOOOO-RAH!!!!

  • @TheFullthrottleOwnag You just a li'l bit of failed. That's the US Marine's stuff. Hoo-ah!

  • @SGTcz90cz lol i just went onto a random army vid and postd it coz i was bored. i dont know much about the american army

  • @TheFullthrottleOwnag hehe, don't give a thing about not knowing much about US Army man, sometimes I feel that I know more than some Americans. And I'm actually far from being an American. Around the lenght of Atlantic, France and Germany.

  • hell yeah, 18fox & 3rd or the 75th before that. to be ranger qualified aint shit and half of them have never seen down range. almost everyone from my oda was from the 75th. i will die a RANGER hooah

  • @30sampson once a ranger allways a ranger! :D

  • so dum ass below is comparing rangers to the 1st sfod aka delta, dude sfod stands for special forces operation detatchment ur a turd dont talk unless you know what your talkin about

  • so dum ass below is comparing rangers to the 1st sfod aka delta, dude sfod stands for special forces operation detatchment ur a turd dont talk unless you know what your talkin about

  • Actually all you idiots are wrong. Rangers are not generally special forces, yes. However Special Forces can have a Ranger Tab pretty much making them a Ranger as well, they just aren't in a Ranger unit. The 75th Ranger Regiment's goal is to train and deploy the BEST light infantry in the world. However you do not need a Ranger Tab to be in the regiment. A soldier that is Ranger qualified(Tab) can be in ANY unit of the Army. Remember Ranger school is a combat leadership course.

  • @DannyG1533 right

  • @DannyG1533 1 Rangers are special operation forces. 2 some green berets may have ranger tabs, but they are not rangers. they are ranger qualified. To be a Ranger you have to be in the 75th Ranger Regiment, meaning you have to pass Ranger Assessment and Selection Program(RASPs) 1 or 2. 1 is for those that have not gone to Ranger school and is a lot harder than Ranger school. They are also required to pass Ranger school to remain in the Regiment when they become NCOs.

  • @masterlukes6000 RASPs2 is for Officers and NCOs that have already passed Ranger school. This is still much harder and only the best make it thought. And if you think Green Berets are better than the regiment remember that most of "The Unit"(Delta Force) comes from the 75th Ranger Regiment.

  • @masterlukes6000 And by the way Army SF and Airborne Rangers have 2 completely different jobs. Rangers are a direct action force(like 1st SFOD-D) and Army SF is a force multiplier. That's why it is more likely to get recruited by 1st SFOD-D as a Ranger.

  • @DannyG1533 It is actually a requirement that you have to be a Ranger to be in Delta Force

  • @XEvilCookiesX Wrong. Delta recruits whomever they see is fit. They are the elite of the elite. They'll pull from seals, rangers, recon, pj's, anyone. They're so elite they can grow beards (fuck yeah!)

  • @NonDairyYogurt By PJ's Do they also except the Black Pajamas?

  • @Tristan1993100 haha, maybe their special black ops detachment?

  • @NonDairyYogurt well thhey grow beards because they have to blend in with the people in that country they are in also speak the language. That's how they work. By the way i do know what I'm talking about my friend is Delta force

  • @MrBarri13 Hence their elitism. If your friend was Delta, chances are, you wouldn't know it. Of all people, they are not allowed to display that they are Delta. That would defeat their entire purpose.

  • @masterlukes6000 There is no conflict of interest between Rangers and SF. Mostly SF are older more experienced and operate in smaller units faciltating covert action and many have Ranger tabs and served in Ranger units. The founding members of the Unit were SF...but even if I'm wrong. The "Unit" doesn't exist anyway;). Who cares who's better. They represent the very BEST of the entire US military....Sine Pare

    God Bless

  • @masterlukes6000 I passed RIP before it became RASP. I haven't however been reserved a spot in Ranger School yet. Back when I completed RIP (2004) my unit decided it wanted me overseas so I never ended up in the 75th Ranger Regiment. However I am eligible for Ranger School and I am waiting for an open slot so I can go after my next re-enlistment sometime next summer. I never said Army SF were Rangers but it is very possible for them to have a tab. Ranger School is a combat leadership course.

  • @DannyG1533 Bullshit! If you were in RIP, you were already assigned to the Regiment. You didn't pass RIP back in '04, if you did you would have gone to one of the Battalions.

I went thru RIP back in '88.

    B Co 3rd Bn.

    1988-1991

Combat Jump Rio Hato Panama '89

  • @DannyG1533 Listen man its no walk in afghan but listen good luck wish you the best hope you make it

  • @DannyG1533 Just do it bro! Get it done! Rangers Lead the way!

  • the A-TEAM

  • MW2

  • @Klerix777 Rangers are special operations...not SF so ur wrong. Secondly you are immature for even bringing up the word "Best" in this conversation because every branch is unique and important in their own way and each deserve respect for doing everything that you probably wouldn't do for your people. So don't be the one to decide who's "best" when your sitting behind your computer

  • Hooah!

  • Do the rangers or the Marines fight more. I don't know which one to join but I wanna fight.

  • @7xxJohnnyRebelxx7 Well the Marines are Corps and an entire service branch. Ranger is a qualification or regimental sized unit in the Army. Both fight the same war and same enemy. But it is much more likely to become a Marine than it is to become a Ranger. Rangers have to go through more training before to become a Ranger before they can deploy. But if you think you got what it takes then go ahead.

  • @7xxJohnnyRebelxx7 Rangers are a the premiere Raiding force of the Army you'll but look up the info yourself its out there

  • @7xxJohnnyRebelxx7 i suppose the none...delta force and seals fight the most...but to get there you need to join the american army

  • Comment removed

  • @michael00237 fail

  • rangers arent special forces or special operations they are a specialized infantry

  • @unoshotounokillo Rangers are Special Operations look up 75th Ranger Regiment and you'll see your thinking of Ranger School which is a Tab!!! Two different things man look up info before typing stuff on here

  • @raidersfb37 Man Rnagers are not speical operations, thats SEALs, Delta, Force Recon. and SF is the Green Beretes, Rangers are just a more elite verson of the usual Army Forces

  • hot wheels lead the way!

  • go kick spetztant's butt

  • Rangers aren't Special Forces... There Special Operations.

  • RANGERS OWN!

  • All American All The Way

  • @ KykeeAsdf1

Its Rangers Lead the Way , ALL THE WAY!

  • And 0:42 is a pic of Army SF(Green Berets) not Ranger's couple of these pics r of regular infantry groups not Rangers too.

  • description is off They r a Special Operations group not a Special Forces group in the Army only the Army Green Beret's own the official Name of Army Special Forces

  • 0:27 buzzard!!!

  • And there is no such thing as a bad spec ops or sf. they are all good in their own way.

  • Rangers are spec ops. not special forces. the only special forces that america has is the green berets. and by the way the sas are called the mother of all sf for a reason. delta force, sas, and all the task forces are the best there is, and if you think otherwise, just shows how much you know.

  • Ranger lead the way ,, and they will always lead the way , HOO-AAAH !

  • @CBRorDETH Rangers are SF retard. Do your research right.

  • @xZETKOx

Research? how about you go and find out for yourself. Rangers are not special forces, they are special operations. Theres a big difference in a Green Beret and a Ranger, and you'd do best to not get them confused.

  • rangers are not SF rangers are special operations. SF is the army green beret. do your research and u will see.

  • @MilatantFighter us army rangers also fall under special forces

  • @bleushift I understand what your saying, The rangers fall under SOCOM but and they are a light infantry unit that conducts special operations. Your verbage is wrong though. Understand that anytime someone says special forces they are refering to us army special forces aka green berets. Seals and Rangers are examples of special operational forces. Special forces isnt the same thing as special operational forces, do some research and u will see.

  • @bleushift Not at all! Hahahaha. Do your research bro.

  • @Laxplayer027

maybe the rangers dont fall under the special forces on the us army s ranks but if you do research u will see that in many of delta s or navy seals missions the rangers always there to back it up

and if you look at the training and equipment they use youll see that they fall under catagory special forces/commandos

  • Should use the MW2 theme, because it's so epic (would be cool if it was their official theme too lol ^^)

Wonder who would win though, Rangers vs Marines... both kick ass :D

  • Go get em boys!

  • there good but come on you cant compare them to sf American maybe but not the inventors of sf..

  • My cousin what to become an Army Ranger, but the thing is he's 6'8" very out of shape, has very weak knees and very illiterate! How are his chances? What could he do to get ready the training?

  • @TheDondajonhon46 size doesn't madder but what id say he do is run as much as he can everyday then do situps and pushups and just keep doing more and more and for the illiterate part just read and ask the doc how he can strengthen his knees

  • U.S Army Rangers is the best :D

  • @UnitedStatesRanger12 Good but not the best

  • @CBRorDETH

by my opinion they are ^^

  • @UnitedStatesRanger12 __opinions dont matter in the Military the fact is that they are not the best... Green Berets,Deltas,Seals,Force Recon,Air Force PJ's...All special forces overall better soliders at everything thats why they are in special forces and Rangers are not..Rangers are good as I said they are trained to a high level of light infantry tactics but not compared to SF..

  • @CBRorDETH

yea yea i know that. jeez... Special Forces is different from normal forces. of all normal forces i think Rangers is best. i never said that i thought they were better than Special Forces -.- but of special forces i like the British S.A.S ^.^

  • @UnitedStatesRanger12 ___SAS what the fuck all they do is get publicity from fucking Call of Duty Deltas are more combat proven so are Seals and Green Berets SAS is great dont get me wrong But in the world SAS isnt even in my top 3 German KSK, Canada Joint Task Force 2, US special forces and then maybe SAS all though Polish GROM is bad ass too

  • @CBRorDETH

so the fact that I like SAS is enough to start a complete argue over it? .... Great... anything else i can't like while we are at it?

  • @UnitedStatesRanger12 I dont know is there anything else shitty you like

  • @CBRorDETH dude wow are you fucking retarded? SAS are 1 of the best sf there is, like it or not.

  • @klerix777 Just because they trained Delta force and Delta force is modeled after SAS doesnt make them better at all. They're all equally bad ass so just calm down. If Delta force is trained by SAS dont you think they're pretty much similiar to each other? Not to mention they also are trained by various other groups?

  • Rangers Lead The Way ,Always.

  • @KykeeAsdf1 All the way, HOOAH!

  • @KykeeAsdf1 Rangers lead the way, all the way. HOOAH!

  • can someone please tell me the name of this song. it says punk major but im not pretty sure, it hears like rancid

  • @USMCFUCKYEA very true. Im planning to join the Croatian military police; I hear their trianing is very simular to that of the rangers since its the rangers who train them in the first place. But the way the government has been there.... I dont know I just might join the U.S MP division.

  • Rangers die for greedy company, NOT for freedom.....Bush and his fucking bastards send them to die in Iraq, only for the oil, for nothing more.....

  • Thanks to the Rangers. Americans are living free in the USA. It took the Rangers to storm on D-Day and punch through the Atlantic Wall. If that didn't happen, America would have stood down and the Nazis would have bombed the U.S. Remember the Nazis/Germans were more advanced in Aviation at the time. They had Jet Engines in the works. Rangers Lead the Way!!

  • @timefornightnight Yes and that's how they got the motto "Rangers lead the way" because some other general told the Rangers to lead the way up the beaches and up the cliffs of Normandy, At least that's what I was told. They were very instrumental in finding the Nazi's weak points. That"s why every fight is a Rangers fight!

  • @USMCFUCKYEA one thing I will say; hell week. Worst part of BUD/S

  • Hoo-ah ^^

  • @USMCFUCKYEA thx bro I'll keep that in mind.

  • @USMCFUCKYEA I'm gonna fuck shit up man, fuckkk yea!

oh are you a Army Ranger bro?

  • @r2d23678 im an ex Ranger

  • @Snako85 there's no such thing.

  • @bkb0000 You're right in a way. But I was Discharged from the Army and I was a Ranger during my service.

  • @Snako85 what were you discharged for?

  • @airbornex13 WIA then i had an option to leave and took it

  • Im 18 and can do 85 situps in 2 min, 75 pushups in 2 min, 12 dead hang chin ups, run 2 miles in 12:30 sec, Do you think I'm would be physically ready for Ranger School?

  • you're a strong one man

  • @pablo6417 thx bro, but do you think I have what it takes?

  • @r2d23678 bet you do man, but the thing is i'm not a ranger. but if you want it go after it.

  • good video, different song though. song doesnt really match rangers...

  • 0:45 NOOB TUBER xD jk :P

  • hhhahahahaha tube tuber!

  • @b1k3riDeR37 hahaha NERD

  • What's the name of this song? I've looked everywhere but i can't find the title of the song. Someone please help?

  • Rangers Lead the way ;D

  • How many SF groups does the US have? Navy SEALs, Marines, SFOD-D, Rangers, Green Berets, SOCOM, JSOC... seems a bit redundant.

  • @Xanatos712 each branch has its own special forces. the NAVY has the SEALs and their support teams, Marines have Force Recon and MARSOC, Army has SFOD-D and the Green Berets (different missions, SFOD-D is way more secretive too) Rangers can considered a SF, but at the same time, they are more of a high quality light infantry. for example, in joint task forces, SFOD-D, Green Berets, or SEALs are supported by light infantry, which are typically the 75th Rangers. SFOD-D also recruits from the 75th.

  • Ah, so the Rangers are essentially the 'Point men' of the Army? Guess that explains their motto.

  • well the rangers are basically the best regular soldiers that the US has the offer, are SF capable, and are usually one of the first ones in, along with other SF groups.. they spearheaded a lot of operations/invasions since WWII.

@deatheb well yeah thats a good point lol, now its just MARSOC..

  • Marines had Force Recon. They did away with it.

  • @Xanatos712 and then SOCOM is just the Special Operations Command, which.. well the name is pretty self explanatory.. and the Joint Special Operations Command is just at branch/part of SOCOM. that name is fairly self explanatory too.

  • marines arent SF. Force Recon is tho

  • It's no more superfluous than there are different kinds of physicians. Just like you wouldn't want a heart surgeon performing a brain surgeon's job, you wouldn't want SF Operators doing Navy Seal jobs, or Marine Recon doing Army Rangers jobs. While it seems they do the same thing, and many overlap, in the full spectrum, they are quite different in scale, man paower and mission.

  • @ForceRecon75 Marines use the navy.

  • I love the music....oh wait, no I don't. It's f'ing awful

  • one of my fav. teachers was a airborne ranger

  • Ranger is a soldier (usually 11B MOS) who completes Airborne, and RIP/RASP after completing BCT and AIT. Ranger School does not make you a Ranger, nor is it a requirement to serve in the 75th, but if you become a Ranger the will eventually make you go to Ranger School.

SF are the 18 Series MOS, they do BCT, Airborne, their AIT, and Ranger School.

Rangers are direct action light infantry forces, SF are more training indigenous populations to fight with us, but also include direct action.

  • SF dont go throught ranger school anymore after airborne school they go to pre selection

  • fuckn stupid music. put some heavy FUCKn metal on the next vid please... ;-)

  • goes better with army rangers theme from modern warfare 2

  • gay song

  • rangers are NOT special forces they are Special Operations, look that shit up instead of pretending you know what the fuck you're talking about.

  • @only4Hahni

Thank you for not being retarded. look at all of these comments.... (Sappers) are Special Forces, HAHAHAHAH!
