Nobody steps over a winch cable like you lot did ---if it breaks you lose your balls at the very least !!! Had a mate in the R.E.M.E. in West Germany lost his head while pulling a tank & the cable snapped, mind you it was so quick he didn't know jack about it. Perhaps if you gonna go best it quick like that. ---R.I.P Pete (18)
How did you get it out after> I had mine stuck similar to that but the front half was buried in a washout. 2 days of digging using a 6 ton bottle jack rocks and old rail road ties.
we use to bury our 6x6`s every day in truck driving school that recovery is a piece of cake for any school trained truck driver mos(3500).
get a big rope tie it to a tree and run it between your duals and tie it to your hubs then as your wheels spin they will reel in the rope winching the vehicle in the process.
i think you really underestimated this lil situation it took 2 deuces with 2 ton pto winches and a one snatch block to get it out that mud has no bottom.. it's been almost a year and i still won't go to that spot even on foot
thanx man and yes it wasn't fun to get that big mother out!! and i actually have a guy down here that is sellin the tar out of em!! if you know anybody interested in buying let me know
ha that's funny you should ask cuz when i put this vid on here i was still stuck about 5 days later and we worked on it every day but we got it out wit two other deuces and a snatch block but i was running the truck so i didn't get a video
ur screwed...........nuff said

If your out a winch ,you can always use cable on the rear duals and back out in under. It just takes some diging to use the spare as an anchor point.

It's always polite to bury your deuces in the woods. :)
