I noticed the heels of your blades, Melissa - is that just decoration, or do the holes serve a purpose? And is that the make up for your new program?

3) Of course it is. Anyone who doubts that should go try some figure skating elements (and experience the falls on those). Lots of work, lots of falling, no pads like for those ice hockey player pansies... ;) It's a tough sport.

It's also very beautiful and graceful, but, in my opinion, manly and beautiful are not mutually exclusive.

Im Glad I Can Land Spins Now<3 haha , i dont take lessons , & i can do many jumps & spins ( now i can spin well ) , but yea xD The camel spin , I Want to go into by skating FORAWARD Instead of BACKWARDS Any help?
