The person who wrote this is a fucking idiot. First of all, Lindsay Lohan has greater creative insight than a director called Sergio. Secondly, hypothetically assuming this is how the writer (or venting director) feels about actors, he is a pathetic one at that who can enjoy directing commercials for the rest of his life.
@kiren77 Sergio leone was a fantastic director, he in no way treated his actors like this and respected the craft of good acting. However, yes, he probably had more creativity than Miss Lohan's potential, which is blocked by her own emotional problems. But I wouldn't see fit to compare this Sergio to Sergio Leone regardless. Probably change the word "a" to "this".
I hope that actor quit after that pathetic director spoke to him like that.
