Although you don't know me from Adam, I am going to embark on the same 100 days program with you and take inspiration in knowing that someone else is doing the same thing as me.

  • Good luck, Sean. Be sure to take some before 'fat' photos for comparison. Who knows all of this good eating and walking could become just a regular part of your life.

    I have the good eating part down but don't seem to be able to get my old, saggy ass out the door to walk. Having a fellow walker is the best idea. One or the other can frequently talk the other into doing the walk.

  • I recommend a steady diet of Mastodon's album "The Hunter" and Foo Fighters "Wasting Light" to get in shape. However don't forget essentially nutrients such as Tool and Rush for overall good health. In all seriousness I wish you well.

  • Sounds like a good goal, mine is to within the year fit back into all the cloths that I got to big for last year! which means getting back down to 190-195LBS from my current weight of 210 which is lower then the 220-215ish I peaked at late last year, when I finally started to come out of my last bought of sever depression. Right now the struggle is regaining my portion control/proper eating habits, and exercise!!

  • Sean, when I move to the State I was 180lbs. I joined de America large family.and their eatin habits and in 2009 after 10yrs I was 230+lbs. when I realized this I made a dramtic change in my life. I was able to maintain my weight since 2009 at 190lbs. I tell you one thing. It is all in your head, the diet is only 1%, the rest is in your mind. You must change your thoughts in how you see life and yourself, otherwise, after you achieve your goal, you get back right where to started. take courage!

  • Good luck with this! I'm actually ddoing this from the other end, because I'm very much UNDERweight. My impression so far is that it's equally hard to *gain* weight as it is to lose it!

  • that's a pretty good idea there Sean. I for one am trying to eat right and exercise. my goal was to slim down, build some muscles in my arms. i've stopped drinking soda and started drinking mostly water. Well, good luck to you and keep making awesome videos you do.

  • Good luck man. Just make sure you don't focus on your "weight" so much, as that number is really deceiving
