To see with pain is comfort to my mind, to know that suffering brings purification.
This blew me away.
My struggle in film and song, so similar it is all my life's again and again .

I had spent my life submerged in my delusions and followed a very violent path, this eventually led me to regret and that became my starting point of escaping the suffering I had caused. When I realised that we ( all beings ) are suffering and that My self cherishing was to blame I had something to work on, this realisation has shown me that equanimity brings compassion and compassion is now my path.
