If this is real, the only possible way for the batsman to be dismissed 'out', is if he gave the umpire a mouthful. or maybe something verbal towards the other team perhaps? If you watch the keeper and first slip, you can see them listening in to something spoken on the pitch.
The Umpire didn't really give out. The Umpire signaled that he needed to pee and showed his finger and the batsman joined him. That's what happened here.
i am not sure whether this video is a fake or whether it is part of a commercial. but if it is real, i am sure my dog would be a better umpire than that umpire.

The player from the top left hand runs to huddl. Wouldn't do that unless he knew the guy was gonna be out.
Batter is waiting to be given out which he wouldn't do normally.
The other batsman doesn't go to walk down the other end which he would be doing if it was the end of an over.
The #11 puts his hands out to question like the umpire has forgot to give out, just before the umpire actually moves his hand to give the guy out.
