  • how do you sculpt the head and body to keep the seam smooth when they are different pieces in mudbox?

  • you helped make battlefield 3 didnt you? lol love that game.

  • show cara mais o cara no vide e feio que doi

  • I'm starting to thing mudbox has better qualities than Zbrush! :S

  • why render a chav?

  • Easiest way to learn is to explore yourself with the program.

  • isnt dice that thing they have BC2

  • @thunderbolt997 The same people who are releasing Battlefield 3 October 25th

  • @Hellraiser1026 awsome cant buy im not 18

  • HERMANITO SUSCRIBETE A MI CANAL Y YO ME SUSCRIVO AL TUYO SI VA

  • Just one issue with this video: After projecting the texture onto the hand, why didn't you revert to the undeformed (original) 3D model? That might confuse some people and make them think that they'll have to use the deformed model (when in fact the UVs will make the texture match the original model correctly).

Also, doesn't Mudbox have texture projection warping (like Mari) ? That would seem to be the most elegant way to quickly align photos to models for projection.

  • Finally, a tutorial made by someone who actually knows what he's doing.

I was losing faith in the human species after seeing all the videos posted by "training companies" who clearly don't know anything about actual CG production and often sound as if they've never seen some of the tools they're "explaining".

  • Du har jobbat på Blur Studios? what...the...fuck :)

  • im thinking of getting into game designing but im not sure where is it worth it?

  • this is not polypainting, is it? Is he painting directly in a texture? like in viewport canvas?

  • BY the way. A great model!

  • Hey, cool. A fellow game designer.

  • Been watching the movie "Deliverence" alot when you did this model :D

  • Someone needs to learn public speaking skills. But, otherwise it was a nice demonstration.

  • Thank you for the demonstration.

  • This looks really awesome!!!

  • very very cool

  • Superb mini tutorial Jonas, full of information. : )

  • Thank you!

  • I would like a video of the workflow that lead to this model. Looks great

  • Håller med!

  • Tack! javligt bra faktiskt

  • forgot to say keep up the good work...the look on the guys face is awesome ^^,

  • Heres my 2 pennies worth. Spend the most time on the hp sculpting...then paint in ps...or using alpha's etc using these such programs...projecting photo's is what every1 starts off doing...I wouldnt say its a good habbit to get into.

thats my opinion to all the noob school bus drivers out there :D

but yea, moving the lp geometry around after uving it will warp and wreck your beautiful unwrapping job...just a word of warning...unless im wrong?

  • Nice tut. That's a cool character btw. He looks like some sort of a NBA out of shape zombie, lol.

  • awesome Thanks !!!!

  • does moving the model around in mudbox affect the UV layouts?

  • awesome and helpfully tutorial

  • More Jonas please, he is the man!

  • Wasn't this video added already once? I think it was.. Anyway, good tutorial, hope to see more of them but I know it's impossible.
