  • I fixed my back problem that I had in my 20 30 40 50"s, how?

    #1 dont eat sugar, eat very small amounts of fruits & refined carbs

    berries are ok, walk up steep hills 20 minutes every other day, eat protein after a workout, stay hydrated every day, lift with evenly with both legs, not one,and do not do a sit up, do a crunch up with your hands on your chest, not behind your head, bend your knees. listen to gary null & go vegan

  • Age isn't a cause of back pain, otherwise all elderly would have back pain.
